{Barboursville, West Virginia}...David Lambe, of Barboursville, has been charged with wanton endangerment. According to the criminal complaint, Lambe and two other people got into an altercation, and Lamb discharged a .38 caliber revolver in the street in front of First State Bank in Barboursville. He was arraigned and released Tuesday afternoon. Under court order, other guns in his home were surrendered to the Barboursville Police Department, and Lambe was told to stay away from the other people involved in the incident.
