Charleston Developer Cooperating In Investigation

• {Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston developer Douglas Pauley, who owns Encore Management Company, Inc., says he received a letter Monday from the U.S. Attorney's office detailing an agreement in which federal authorities say they do not intend to pursue criminal charges against him and his businesses, as long as he continues to cooperate with their investigation. FBI agents recently spent four days taking evidence out of his business located along Quarrier Street. Attorney Tracy Webb says the files taken from the location had been returned as of Tuesday afternoon.
