{Charleston, West Virginia}...Governor-elect Earl Ray Tomblin’s inauguration ceremony is set for 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the state Capitol’s south plaza in Charleston. Open seating will begin at 2:00 P.M. State Supreme Court Chief Justice Margaret Workman will administer the oath of office. U.S. Senator Joe Manchin is among the scheduled speakers. Logan’s Landau Eugene Murphy, winner of this fall’s “America’s Got Talent” competition, will sing the national anthem. Tomblin defeated Republican Bill Maloney in the October 4th special election. Tomblin became acting governor when Manchin was elected U.S. senator in November 2010.
