Two Indicted For Murder Of Charleston Teenager
- {Charleston, West Virginia}...Marcus Dewayne Wesley and Michael Mandrell Johnson have been indicted for first degree murder for the fatal shooting of 17 year old Leland Chase Miller who was gunned down outside his Lewis Street home in Charleston on August 19, 2007. Johnson, who was arrested as a juvenile, was recently moved to adult status. Prosecutors say he's the triggerman, and Wesley aided and abetted in the murder. Both Johnson and Wesley will be arraigned later this month.
