Inmate Sentenced

{Cabin Creek, West Virginia}...Roy Harvey, a mentally ill, but legally sane Cabin Creek man, was sentenced to two to ten years in prison Thursday afternoon. Harvey was in the South Central Regional Jail on a parole violation when he bit off the tip of another inmate's nose in a fight during a card game. The defendant, his lawyer, the prosecutor and Judge Carrie Webster wanted Harvey to go to Sharp Hospital for treatment, but there was no legal way to do that for a convicted criminal.
