Fayetteville Man Gets Probation

{Fayetteville, West Virginia}...Randy Lee Hamm, 34, of Fayetteville, was sentenced Wednesday to two years probation and 208 community service hours after he pleaded guilty in August to unauthorized excavation of archaeological resources on public lands. Hamm was caught April 24, 2010 digging for arrowheads at the Indian Rockshelter in the New River Gorge National River in Fayette County. He was searching for arrowheads, pieces of flint, and other Native American artifacts.
