Mother Of Missing Lewis County Girl Indicted

{Weston, West Virginia}...U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld said Tuesday that 29 year old Lena Lunsford of Weston, the mother of 3 year old Aliayah Lunsford, has been indicted on multiple welfare fraud counts and is facing six federal charges alleging she tried to swap the value of her food stamp card for cash. The charges include conspiracy to defraud the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program and knowingly selling federal benefits. The indictment says she exchanged varying amounts on her card for $50 cash twice in September and three times in October. Aliayah Lunsford vanished September 24th.
