Education advocates, legislators as well as business and community leaders will join Governor Earl Ray Tomblin Wednesday as he signs into law the education reform bill.
The signing will take place at 1:30 p.m. in the Governor’s Reception Room located on the State Capitol Complex in Charleston
Senate Bill 359 is one part of the governor’s three-part comprehensive plan to raise student achievement and reform education in West Virginia
