The man at the center of a corruption scandal in Mingo County
On Monday, the attorney who represents George White asked for a
change of venue.
White was arrested last February after drugs were found in his
print shop. He claims that elected officials conspired to persuade him to fire
his attorney -- in order to keep him from talking about the former sheriff's
involvement in buying drugs.
A change of venue hearing is set for Feb. 24.
