The program is run through the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. The program provides clothes to low-income school aged children.
Applications are being taken through July 31. The deadline to use the vouchers are October 31.
A family that has one child will qualify for a $100 dollar voucher, and a family with multiple children will qualify for one $200 voucher per child.
