Huntington Police say they tried to pull over a driver around
midnight, who was driving down 8th Street without lights.
Police say the driver refused to stop
and headed toward 5th Avenue. When they got to 9th
Street, police say the suspects got out of the car and took off running.
The driver was arrested close by, but it
took a K9 to track down one of the passengers. Another passenger was caught a
few blocks away.
Jalil Myers, 18, of Charleston
was arrested. The other two were 15 and 16 and also from Charleston.
Police say cocaine, marijuana and a gun
were found inside the car.
The three face a number of drug charges,
as well as DUI and fleeing.
