Thirty soldiers with the West
Virginia National Guard have been activated for deployment.
The Guard announced Tuesday the
863rd Military Police Company based in Glen Jean in Fayette
County would be leaving for Guantanamo Bay , Cuba
A send-off ceremony for the soldiers and their families is
scheduled for Saturday, May 3, at 1:00 p.m. at the Fayette
County Memorial
Building in Fayetteville
