Several Arrested in Raid of Kermit Pool Hall

Several people are facing charges after a bust in Mingo County.

The bust happened at the K&S Game Room on Logan Street in Kermit.

Investigators with the US 119 Drug Task Force say they have been working on this case since September.

They got a tip that drug activity was going on at the business, and made several undercover oxycodone buys since the investigation began.

During a raid of the pool hall Wednesday, seven people were taken into custody.

Steven Ray Marcum, 37, of Warfield, Kentucky, who runs the establishment, was arrested and charged with three counts of delivery of oxycodone. More charges are pending against him.

Investigators say illegal gambling was also taking place in the pool hall.

Mike Muncy, 34, of Crum, was arrested and charged with one county of delivery of oxycodone.

Brett Waller, 28, of Kermit, was arrested and charged with one count of delivery of oxycodone.

Timothy Stacey, 42, of Kermit, was arrested and charged with one count of delivery of oxycodone, and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Tammy Pertee, 50, lives above the pool hall. Investigators say she was arrested and charged with three counts of delivery of marijuana.

Two others were arrested on charges unrelated to the drug investigation.
