A Martinsburg man was arraigned in
federal court Thursday on charges that he allegedly delivered heroin to a man
who later died.
Federal prosecutors allege Keith
Watson, 35, caused the death of a 37-year-old man who died in April.
U.S. Attorney Bill Ihlenfeld said overdoses continue to be a big
problem and his office will aggressively prosecute those who supply drugs that
lead to an overdose death.
