Jamey Skeens, 32, of Alum Creek, is charged with grand and petity larceny.
Skeens was a caregiver for a 91-year-old woman in Lincoln County
According to the complaint, Skeens admitted West Virginia State Police to stealing $32,000 from the woman between November 2012 to February 2013.
According to the criminal complaint, Skeens took the money from the victim's checking account.
