Logan, WV city council appoints Howard Jemerison to fill vacant seat

After councilman Mike Allie resigned amid allegations of having involvement in an arson scheme, council members in Logan, WV set out to fill his seat.

Thursday they named long time Logan resident Howard Jemerison to fill the remainder of the term, which will expire in 2015.
