A man that federal prosecutors say is connected to an arson
scheme in Logan County is expected to plead guilty in
the case.
A plea hearing has been set for October 16 in U.S. District
Court for James Glick. He owns "317 Steakhouse" on Stratton Street in Logan .
Federal Prosecutors say he bought a building across the street
