Two men were arrested and charged with grand larceny in
connection with three heat pumps stolen from a building that houses Appalachian
Independent Living, according to a news release from the Kanawha County
Sheriff's Department.

"Scotty" Nottingham, 29, of Elkview , W.Va. , and Carl Clayton Larch, 32, of Walton , W.Va. ,
both were charged with grand larceny.
Three large heat pumps were removed
from outside the building. Each was worth about $5,000.
Both suspects were taken to the South
Central Regional Jail.
Deputies say surveillance video helped
lead to the arrests.
