include infants, children, elderly and person who are immune compromised.
Below are tips to prevent the spread of the flu:
-Frequently wash hands with soap and water
-Use alcohol based sanitizers when soap and water are not available
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
-Cough or sneeze into your sleeve
-If you cough or sneeze into your hand or a tissue, discard the tissue and wash your hands
-Avoid contact with those who are sick with flu-like symptoms
-If you are sick, stay home away from others for at least 24 hours after your symptoms have gone away
