Three arrests made in Lincoln County, WV drug bust



Three people are in jail after a drug bust occurred in Lincoln County, WV.

According to a criminal complaint issued by the Lincoln County Magistrate Court, police executed a search warrant at a residence on Merritt's Creek Road in Griffithsville on Thursday, June 5, where they arrested 38-year-old Amy Lou Brogan, 33-year-old Katrina Miller, and 34-year-old Jeremy Sowards.

The complaint says when police arrived at the residence, they found various meth making materials, sleeping pills, and marijuana.  Brogan's child was also in the residence, where all of these items were easily accessible.

Brogan, Miller, and Sowards are in jail on various charges, including operating or attempting to operate a drug lab, possession of precursors, possession of marijuana, possession of pills, conspiracy, child neglect, and exposure of children to methamphetamine.
