A man was arrested on drug charges after troopers say he was
found growing marijuana, according to West Virginia State Police.
Emmett Ray, 54, was spotted by a State Police helicopter trying
to get rid of marijuana plants, troopers say.
They say it happened along Sand Gap Road Upper Mud River
Ray was taken to the Western Regional Jail. His bond was set at
$10,000.
