Power outages have been reported across Putnam County
Shortly before 12 p.m., AEP's website
was reporting more than 3,000 customers without power in the county.

He says a portable unit is being
brought in from Logan
They hope to start getting power back
on to residents starting around 9 p.m. and continue work throughout the night.
Warming stations and shelters have been
opened at the YMCA in Teays
