Pipe Problems Lead to Boil Water Advisory in Parts of Mingo County

Some areas of Mingo County are under a boil-water advisory.

According to the PSD, the Elk Creek area and Moses Fork to Laurel Lake remain under the advisory until Tuesday, January 14.

PSD officials say it's due to problems with water pipes bursting, and it has nothing to do with the chemical spill in Charleston.
