Governor vetoes four pieces of legislation

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced Friday that he vetoed four pieces of legislation that was passed during the 2013 Regular Legislative Session.
Those pieces of legislation were:
-S.B. 21: Creating the Health Care Provider Transparency Act.
-S.B. 65: Exempting Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) retirement income of Division of Natural Resources police officers from state income tax.
-S.B. 331: Permitting Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority to issue bonds.
-H.B. 2738: Relating to the Center for Nursing.
