A Buchanan County, Virginia man is dead, following a mine
accident Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at Consol's Buchanan Mine Number One.
Officials say 41 year old Michael Justice was troubleshooting on
a roof bolt machine when the accident happened.
Federal and state authorities are investigating the
accident.
