According
to the Logan County Sheriff's Office, 14-year-old Emma Kathryn Justice was
found safe at a friend's house in the Cow Creek area of Logan County , WV
Deputies
had been looking for Justice since early Wednesday morning after she was seen
leaving her parents home.
