Former 'BUCKWILD' cast member charged with DUI, failure to report accident in Sissonville

West Virginia State
Police say a cast member of the canceled MTV reality show "BUCKWILD" is facing charges after a drunken-driving accident.

Troopers charged Joey Mulcahy with driving under the influence, reckless driving and failure to report an accident in Sissonville Tuesday night.

WBOY says Mulcahy told troopers he was scared after rolling his vehicle, so he asked his father to take him home.

Troopers said they smelled alcohol on Mulcahy, who refused a sobriety test and failed a Breathalyzer test with a blood-alcohol content of .205. A second test registered .187.

"BUCKWILD" was canceled this spring after 21-year-old Shain Gandee and two other men left a bar and got stuck in a mud pit with the tail pipe of Gandee's SUV submerged.

They died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
