Tomblin to give keynote opening address at W.Va. Chamber annual meeting

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will give the opening keynote address at the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting and business summit.

The three-day event starts Aug. 28 at The Greenbrier resort.

The 77th annual meeting also features panel discussions on the future of manufacturing in West Virginia, education, health care costs, energy and technology.
