Plea Hearing Set in Logan Arson Case

A man that federal prosecutors say is connected to an arson scheme in Logan County is expected to plead guilty in the case.

A plea hearing has been set for October 16 in U.S. District Court for James Glick. He owns "317 Steakhouse" on Stratton Street in Logan.

Federal Prosecutors say he bought a building across the street and had it set on fire, then collected $1M in insurance money.

William Thompson, Guy Miller and Shawn Simon have also been charged in the case. They are accused of helping Glick carrying out the plan.
