The
West Virginia State Police (WVSP) and the Ronald McDonald House announced they
will team up for the second year to host the McTrooper 5k Run/Walk.
The
run helps raise money to support the families of sick children in the area.
The
run will be held on Sept. 27 at the Columbia
Gas Building
in Charleston , WV

The
Ronald McDonald House provides housing to the families of children receiving
medical care in the area. Last year, the House served 2,147 people, including
16 families from other states.
