WVSP Make Arrests in Connection with Stolen Vehicle and Tools


Two men accused of using a stolen vehicle and transferring $24,000 worth of stolen tools have been arrested.

Saturday, West Virginia State Police in Logan arrested James E. Hutchinson, 30, from Parkersburg and Obie R. Cheuvront, 41, from Mount Gay.

Troopers say the two men were found in a vehicle stolen from JD's Collision in Parkersburg.

The men then provided troopers with information on the whereabouts of the stolen tools.

Hutchinson is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and receiving/transferring stolen property.

Cheuvront is charged with receiving/transferring stolen property.
