A man from Logan
County
The Logan County Sheriff’s Department says Gary Dingess, 44 of Rossmore
died in the accident.
Investigators say Mr. Dingess was riding along railroad tracks
near Monaville when the accident happened.
The ATV was found at the bottom of an embankment.
