A man was arrested on drug charges at a home along Big Laurel Creek Road , Lincoln
Joseph Adkins, 41, faces several drug-related charges. He also
was wanted on a child neglect charge in Ohio
Deputies, along with West Virginia State Police troopers, went
to the home after receiving at tip about suspected drug activity.
Deputies seized an active meth lab, several used labs, drug
paraphernalia, a marijuana plant and additional evidence of drug activity.
