teacher faces charges of cultivating four marijuana plants at her home.

tip, discovered the marijuana growing at the home of Mary Messer, 47, in Madison .

Messer’s 17-year-old son told police he routinely smoked the pot.
Messer, a special
education teacher at Scott
High School , was jailed
on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury, contributing to the
delinquency of a minor, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
