The mother of a toddler who died two years ago is now in jail,
facing charges in the death of her son.
West Virginia State Police at the Logan Detachment say 23 year old Robin Ann Toler has
been charged in connection with her son Aydin's death. He was just two years
old when he died.
Police say Toler was charged in the case in 2012, but she was
just picked up on the charges last week in North Carolina
Toler's boyfriend, Nicholas Turkale, was charged with murder in
the case, according to court records. Police say Turkale slammed Aydin's head
into a door frame, cracking his skull.
Toler was charged with child abuse and neglect causing death.
Police say Toler didn't do anything to protect her son.
