He may driving a white 1996 Chevrolet Silverado.
Butcher is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and about 179 pounds. He has gray hair and gray eyes and usually wears glasses.
He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, black jeans, white tennis shoes, and a black Timex watch.
