Two Injured in Logan County House Fire

LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. -- The West Virginia State Fire Marshal is investigating after fire destroyed a home Saturday night and injured two people.

Flames broke out at a house in the Peach Creek area of Logan County. State police say a man and a woman were inside at the time.

Both victims made it out alive but suffered burns to their hands and face, according to police. Both were taken to Cabell-Huntington Hospital.

State police say the inside of the home was so badly burned, investigators may have a hard time determining what caused the fire.
