Marshal’s Office arrested a Roane
County
The office announced Jacob Lee Hite,
21, of Spencer, was in custody.
Flames began in a back apartment in the
building on Court Street at about 7 o’clock Saturday night. Two people were
injured. One suffered burns to the hands and face and another resident suffered
smoke inhalation.
There were as many as 50 firefighters on the scene.
