Road Closed in Mingo County, W.Va.

County Route 49 in the Thacker community of Mingo County remains closed to traffic following a landslide Monday night according to 911 dispatchers.

Authorities say the slide was reported around 7 pm.

As debris and rock continue to fall, dispatchers say the road will remain closed until further notice.
