Drug bust in Wayne County, W.Va.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department has arrested four people on drug charges.

According to a press release, deputies bought painkillers oxycodone and suboxone during an undercover drug buy.

Arrested were:

·                     Bobby Swimm of East Lynn, West Virginia -- charged with delivery of a controlled substance, aiding and abetting and two counts of conspiracy.

·                     Tina Swimm of East Lynn -- charged with delivery of a controlled substance, aiding and abetting and two counts of conspiracy

·                     Jackie Dyer of Kiahsville, West Virginia -- charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance

·                     Jacqulin "Jackie" Smith of Louisa, Kentucky -- charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

A fifth suspect is believed to be in Texas, and his name has been entered into a crime database.

Wayne County Sheriff's Department Drug Enforcement deputies were assisted in the investigation by U.S. Marshals, the CUFFED Task Force and the Wayne Police Department.
