Tomblin to announce state’s Medicaid expansion decision Thursday

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin will be holding a press conference Thursday to announce West Virginia’s decision on Medicaid expansion.

Tomblin will be joined by U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller, President and CEO of United Health System Tom Jones, and CEO of Thomas Health System Steve Dexter.

The announcement will be made at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.
