A registered sex offender living in the Sissonville area was
arrested Wednesday after police say he touched himself inappropriately in front
of three young girls getting off of a school bus.
John Rowe, 40, is charged with three felony counts of displaying
obscene matter to a minor.
According to the criminal complaint, Rowe admitted to waiting
for the girls to get off a school bus and touched himself inappropriately from
his window as they walked home.
Rowe was taken to the South Central Regional Jail. His bond was
set at $25,000.
