Couple Charged With Stealing Vehicle

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Cody Allen Dalton, 20, of Lorado in Logan County, and his fiancee, 20 year old Chasity Wilson of Foster in Boone County, were arrested after allegedly stealing a car in Boone County. Deputies say the couple had been visiting family in Madison Saturday, but didn't have any transportation, so they found a car with the keys in the ignition, stole the car and later drove to Logan, where they stole a license plate, before heading to Charleston for a shopping spree at the Charleston Town Center. They allegedly pawned a high-powered rifle that was in the car for cash.
