Deputy Being Investigated

{Madison, West Virginia}…A Boone County Deputy is on paid administrative leave. Boone County Sheriff Rodney Miller says an internal investigation has been launched after a deputy allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with a man outside the Exxon station at the Southridge Shopping Center in South Charleston Sunday. Miller says the altercation involved the deputy, his wife and another individual.
