of Transportation spokesman Brent Walker says the state is spending nearly $6
million on road projects to support the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout
Reserve in Fayette
County . Eight
projects have been completed or are under way at a total cost of $15.5 million.
Federal funding is paying 80 percent of the cost of six projects which include
intersection upgrades, repairs and a new roadway.
