Earl Ray Tomblin has called for a moment of silence Friday morning at 9:30 A.M.
to remember the 26 victims in the Sandy
Hook Elementary School
massacre. Governor Tomblin has asked those at churches and government buildings
with beels to ring their bells 26 times. Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy has
declared Friday a day of mourning in that state and asked other states to
participate in a moment of silence.
