GLENVILLE, W.Va. -- The United States Geological Survey reported a weak
earthquake in Central West Virginia .
It happened just after 7:30 a.m. Saturday near Glenville in Gilmer County .
The U.S.G.S. says the quake registered a 2.7 on the Richter
Scale.
911 dispatchers in Gilmer
County say they got a
couple of calls from neighbors who say they felt the vibrations from the quake
but there have been no reports of any damage.
