A man is behind bars, accused of shooting through someone's
mobile home and hitting the person inside.
It happened about 4 a.m. Sunday in the West Hamlin area of Lincoln County
West Virginia State Police say Robert Lambert shot through the
mobile home, hitting Dale Vance Jr..
Lambert is charged with malicious wounding and five counts of
wanton endangerment.
Vance's injury is not considered to be life-threatening.
