Two men accused of using a stolen vehicle and transferring
$24,000 worth of stolen tools have been arrested.
Saturday, West Virginia State Police in Logan
arrested James E. Hutchinson, 30, from Parkersburg
and Obie R. Cheuvront, 41, from Mount
Gay .
Troopers say the two men were found in a vehicle stolen from
JD's Collision in Parkersburg .
The men then provided troopers with information on the
whereabouts of the stolen tools.
Cheuvront is charged with receiving/transferring stolen property.
