{Charleston, West Virginia}…Thirty year old Latarsha Allen of Oak Hill, a correctional officer who worked at the James H. "Tiger" Morton Juvenile Detention Center in Dunbar, will appear before Judge Jennifer Bailey on December 10th after being indicted on four counts of using obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor. West Virginia State Police say, during an investigation, it was discovered she was writing obscene and sexually seducing letters to a 15 year old inmate at the facility. Allen was arrested in March, but was just indicted by a Kanawha County grand jury.
